Crayon Aquarium is meant to be fun for families. You agree to use it lawfully and not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We may suspend access if the service is misused.
Crayon Aquarium is intended for users aged 13 and older. Younger children are welcome to draw creatures, but the app itself should be set up and operated by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Keep My Tank is an optional one-time purchase that makes a single aquarium permanent and unlocks all visual themes for that aquarium. It is a digital product delivered instantly within the app, with no physical item and no recurring subscription.
Payments are processed by Polar, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Polar handles the transaction, applicable taxes, and your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms.
The drawings you scan remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store, and display them inside the aquarium you uploaded them to. We don't sell your drawings or use them for anything else.
Free aquariums are temporary and are automatically deleted roughly 24 hours after creation. Aquariums with the Keep My Tank upgrade are kept indefinitely while the service operates. We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crayon Aquarium is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
