Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Keep My Tank. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll make it fair.

The short version

Keep My Tank is a one-time digital purchase. If it didn't work as described (your tank didn't unlock, you were charged twice, or you bought it by mistake), email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@crayonaquarium.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your Polar order number (it's on your receipt). We typically respond within a couple of business days.

How refunds are issued

Payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Polar, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

A couple of notes

• Because Keep My Tank is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are granted at our discretion outside the cases above, but we'd always rather sort out a problem than leave you unhappy, so please reach out.
• Refunding a tank removes the upgrade: the aquarium returns to a free tank and follows the normal 24-hour expiry.
